By purchasing products from Read to Your KIds the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
- Limitation of Liability: The Customer shall indemnify Read to your Kids against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. In no case shall the maximum liability exceed the cost of the original order.
- Refunds: Refunds will be given at the discretion of Read to your Kids.
- Addressing: Please ensure address details are given correctly. Read to your Kids will ensure addressing of parcel matches what information is provided.
- GST: For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. If your order ships to a delivery addresses outside New Zealand, no GST will be charged.
- Delivery : Read to your Kids makes every effort to ensure that delivery times given are accurate. If there is to be a delay we will contact you and infomr you of delay. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Read to your Kids liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
- Communications: By creating an account with Read to your Kids you consent to receiving electronic communications from Read to your Kids. This will include monthly uypdates and specials. Your personal details will not be made available to any third party.
