Contact us now to arrange a Read to your Kids Seminar for your school.

As part of your bookweek or parent teacher interview night you may like to offer a Read to Your Kids Seminar to your parents. This can be a fundraising night or just an opportunity for parents to come to school and get some great information, reading lists, and tips, to develop the school community and buy books for the school or themselves. The seminar is administered offsite and promotional materials are provided. There are 2 types of seminars available and they can be customized to your requirements.

All attendees would receive a Read to your Kids pack which includes the following

1. Information Booklet
2. Family bookmark and pen
3. An ASB Bank Reading Diary
4. Vouchers for parents
5. Opportunity for discounted books

Donation to school library of Atlas and Dictionary

• $$ voucher donation (Amount dependent on number of family registrations.) $2 per family registration to school library to be spent on HarperCollins books. 
• Schools that become a part of this have opportunity of guest readers, displays etc.
• Make this a part of your school book week that parents can buy books at.

Schools can only do so much and need the family home to support and encourage reading also. Reading to your kids is a great thing to do.
